RESEARCH
Who are our competitors? Where do we stand with market share? What are our strengths and weaknesses? Do we have products that give us a strategic advantage over our competitors that we can exploit in the market place? Have we developed good relationships with current and even prospective advertisers?
HAVE A PLAN!
Once we’ve compiled and examined our research we develop a plan! The research will dictate how we approach the market and sales territory and what our messaging will be with clients and prospects.

MEASUREMENT
We stay in close contact with our Publishers and consistently update them on progress, sales and general market feedback. We view our relationships with Publishers as partnerships and need to have a fluid dialogue to ensure that we’re all heading in the right direction. Ultimately, RK Media works at the pleasure of our Publishers and we will evaluate our sales numbers and progress on an ongoing basis to make sure our Publishers’ expectations are met.
